As a small business, one way we invest in our team’s development is by encouraging them to apply to prestigious programs that enrich their skills and perspectives. This year, we’re proud to have Kyle Breitenstein selected to join the Cincinnati Chamber CincyLead program, a leadership development initiative that equips professionals with the tools to lead effectively in Cincinnati’s dynamic business landscape. Kyle’s participation reflects our commitment to nurturing leadership talent within our organization and empowering our team members to make a positive impact in their community.
Another standout professional development opportunity was when Scott Thompson was selected to be part of Leadership Cincinnati. This renowned program, also facilitated by the Cincinnati Chamber, provides participants with a deep dive into the region’s most pressing issues and challenges, fostering a network of informed and engaged leaders. Scott’s experience in Leadership Cincinnati aligns with our belief that strong leadership is essential for driving innovation and excellence in our organization.
In April, three of our leaders embarked on a transformative leadership retreat. This retreat provided a unique opportunity for reflection, learning, and collaboration, enhancing their leadership skills and strategic thinking. By investing in experiences like these, we aim to cultivate a team that is not only skilled but also inspired to push boundaries and drive meaningful change.
