RESLV Recognized as Employment Partner of the Year
August 19, 2025
RESLV is honored to be recognized as the Employment Partner of the Year by the University of Cincinnati’s IDD Education Center. This award celebrates a community partner whose efforts reflect a deep commitment to the Center’s mission providing meaningful experiences and inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
A Shared Commitment to Inclusion
At RESLV, storytelling is at the heart of everything we do and that extends beyond the work we produce. We believe in creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow, contribute, and thrive. For the past several years, our partnership with the UC IDD Education Center has been an important part of that commitment, helping us open doors for students and graduates eager to take their next steps in the professional world.
The Impact of the TAP Program
Through the Center’s Transition Access Pathways (TAP), RESLV has welcomed multiple interns over the years. Each has brought dedication, hard work, and fresh perspectives to our team. The TAP program does more than prepare students for employment—it equips them with confidence, professional skills, and a network of support that ensures success beyond the classroom.
We credit the program for the preparation and professionalism our interns consistently display. Their presence reminds us that inclusive workplaces are not just beneficial—they’re essential.
Accepting the Award
Scott Thompson and Jesy Herron accepted the award on behalf of RESLV, but the recognition truly belongs to the UC IDD Education Center, its students, and the TAP program. Together, we’re building a more inclusive community where meaningful employment opportunities are accessible to all.
Looking Ahead
This award is not the end of a chapter—it’s a milestone in an ongoing partnership. We’re deeply grateful for the recognition and even more grateful for the chance to continue supporting the important mission of the UC IDD Education Center. As RESLV continues to grow, we remain committed to creating a workplace where all individuals are empowered to succeed.
