What does your process look like?

Our process is founded on years of experience knowing what works. However, even with that experience it’s important to understand that we develop unique processes for the needs of each client.

How long does the process take?

We never define a cap on the time a project can take. From tight deadlines to year-long projects, we always meet the deadline, no questions asked.

Do you work with Non-Profits?

Absolutely we work with non-profits. Some of our greatest portfolio pieces have come from our extensive non-profit relationships.

What kind of animations/ on screen graphics can you do?

Power Point to Pixar! There is nothing we can’t do! The appropriate style and amount of animation and/or graphics is discussed with clients during the pre-production process and will depend on the budget and scope of your project.

Do you use stock art or hire illustrators?

That decision is always based on budget and scope of each project. We have a plethora of illustrators we work with on the appropriate projects.

How big is your company? How many employees do you have?

We are a small company that is rapidly growing. That growth is dependent on the needs of our clients.
Based on the project needs, we partner strategically with select vendors on both our creative and production teams.

How do you say your company name?

Resolve, like the carpet cleaner! You wouldn’t think an agency our size could double as carpet cleaners. Well think again! Besides the fun spelling, our name is an acronym for our core values, Respect, Elevate, Solutions, Listen and Vision.

How much does a video cost?

We have the ability to work with just about any size budget. We never define a price until we have a real conversation about needs and direction. The last thing we want to do, is to set-up unrealistic expectations.
